Dalits will be free from the fetters only by:
1) obtaining dignity of equal employment,
2) dignity of equal citizenship by all means.
1st one could be attained by revolutionizing production relations;
and,
2nd one could be attained by revolutionizing reproduction relations.
Course of effort to attain both the said goals must go hand in hand.
1st goal is pitted against Imperialist Finance Capital penetration in all its economic aspects.
2nd goal is pitted against the decadent feudal and tribal social institutions being guarded and reinforced by the proponents of Finance Capital.
The said two goals exist and enforce mutually till both are accomplished.
None of the said two must be obliterated or pitted against each other.
If done so, utter failure will be the result.
If The said two goals are deftly interrelated,
in theory and practice, Victory is sure.
