The cadre becomes cadre only when she/he is charged with political determination; is indoctrinated of programmatic perception ; and, above all, is able to bear the pains of the people without reservations.
Now,at present, the cadre of many a communist organization is somebody trained simply to do party routine, mostly lured by promotions in the ladder of organizational ranks or, to probable parliamentary dividends.This situation in contrast with an aggravating political economical situation of our country and our state makes it all the more serious.It may make the edge of the sword blunt .. sometimes making it beyond repair.
Remember, Latin America had seen almost oblivions demise of communist parties.
