Hundreds of peasants storm tehsildar office at khodala in mokhada tehsil of newly constituted  district Maharashtra On 22nd April 2015. Under the banner of 'Adivasi Asmita Sanghatana' peasants took a rally. An innovative program of ‘Lok Adalat’(peoples’ court) was organized there which was demanded by this organization. Peasants came with their grievances and government officials were compelled to address them. Peasants and mainly adivasis are cheated during the implementation of ‘Forest Right Act’. According to law upto 10 acres of forest land is to be allotted to the farmers (mainly adivasis). But while implementing this law in most of the case it is found that only one guntha of land is given to the farmer, which is a very small piece of land. During the protest farmers demanded fair implementation of the forest right act and everybody should be allotted the land acquired by him or her. Farmers also demanded that under rural employment scheme 365 days of work should be given whoever demands for it. Although there are more than 5 big dams built in the tehsil people are facing water scarcity. People demanded that supply of water through these dams to multinational companies like Coca Cola and Bisleri be stopped and national water policy should be implemented. According to this policy water is to be provided to drinking first, secondly to irrigation and remaining water is to be supplied to industries. Other demands were also put forward.  This agitation was made under the leadership of central committee member comrade Chandrashekhar, comrade Bharati Bansode, comrade Chandrakant  Fupane, advocate Reena Bansode, comrade Shankar Badade, comrade Bharat Zate and Ramu kadu.
